Dr. Larry Frith – School Interchange Format
Larry Fruth is the Executive Director of the School Interoperability Framework (SIF). SIF produces a set of standards deployed primarily in the K12 market that enable plug-and-play interoperability between vendors of K12 IT solutions. SIF (www.sifinfo.org) specifies data models, XML schemas and transport protocols to implement a service oriented architecture.
